Give unto the King your justice,
Righteousness to the royal Son;
Judgment on those who are righteous,
While the poor justice are none.
The mountains bear prosperity,
As the hills will have righteousness;
As people have disparity,
Some are receiving hopelessness.
He defends the cause of the poor,
Deliverance to the needy;
Crush the oppressor to the core,
Because of them being greedy.
May they fear as the sun endures,
Throughout all the generations;
Because since the Lord reassures,
In all of His declarations.
May He be like the rain that falls,
Like showers that water the earth;
Responding to the one that calls,
Because He knows of their true worth.
In His days the righteous flourish,
Peace abound till the moon dissipates;
He assures the poor to nourish,
And when the earth incinerates.
